CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 46(STA) "An Act relating to the                          
practice of architecture, engineering, and land surveying" which had           
been held in third reading on reconsideration (page 1763) was before           
the Senate.                                                                    
                                                                               
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the                       
reconsideration on the bill be held to the next calendar.  Without             
objection, it was so ordered.
